Abstract
Introduction: Anterior crossbite is the most common problem in Angle class III malocclusion and get
worse along with increase age, affecting the aesthetics of the face and stomatognatic systems. The
skeletal anterior crossbite is characterized by mandibular protrusion, maxillary retrusion or combination
of both. Early treatment ensures that craniofacial development and occlusion occur normally, as obstacle
are removed during active phase growth. Case Report: The case demonstrates an anterior skeletal
crossbite corrected using prefabricated myofunctional appliance. This appliance guide permanent tooth
eruption, correction malalignment of the teeth and faulty jaw relationship. Conclusion: Correction was
achieved within 2 years with improve facial balance and aesthetics
